Flora's latest book "Cocoa and crabs "  her Hebridean childhood story is a best seller .
It has been selected for the Tesco Summer read competition at the Ayewrite Festival  in Glasgow recently  along with Scotland's prominent writers . This is the only bi-lingual book which consists of a Gaelic book and an English book.

Meet the writer in residence ,Flora  and have her latest book signed . Title "Cocoa and crabs", an insight into a Hebridean childhood 50 years ago . Published and launched April 09 and available from www.theislandbooktrust or from the author . Sales are soaring and the pages have flown to Iran Alaska, Hawaii , Germany , Australia   and New York .
Latest news. -  Book has now been translated in Japanese .
